Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an ICT Operations Support resource to back DCTD in the operational takeover and steady-state management of COMET, StellarNet, COMET Mobile and related services. You will coordinate across stakeholders to maintain service visibility and drive day-to-day follow-through.

The role focuses on governance, funding, service management and continuity for COMET Mobile, with emphasis on security-conscious operations and effective provisioning for different

Qualifications

• Experience in public-sector or large-enterprise ICT environments.
• Understanding of ICT service delivery, operations and vendor management.
• Familiarity with asset and device lifecycle management and access-control concepts.

Responsibilities

• Review current IT processes and structures to assess alignment with business needs.
• Manage subscriptions, billing, funding, procurement interfaces and reconciliations.
• Maintain operational picture for service requests, quotas and actions; coordinate actions to closure.
• Coordinate GovTech, EUSS, TSMs, Service Reps, Finance/Funding and other parties.
• Oversee COMET Mobile procurement, provisioning, onboarding and termination.
• Support differentiated operating models and proportionate security controls for user groups.
