The role focuses on maintaining secure, compliant operations and end-to-end lifecycle management of requests. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in IT/CS/IS and at least two years in IT operations, with experience in Microsoft 365 and vendor engagement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related.
• Experience in IT operations, IT administration, service management or infrastructure support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Raise, track and manage ICT service requests, incidents and support activities.
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors to fulfil requests within SLAs.
• Validate submissions, approvals and fulfilment evidence.
• Monitor backlog and escalate issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain records and audit trails for operational activities.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and security groups.
• Coordinate endpoint provisioning and workplace technology support.
• Liaise between client and ICT service providers; monitor vendor KPIs.
• Support governance, risk management and cybersecurity activities.
• Maintain ICT asset inventory and license records.
