Job summary

Activate Interactive Singapore seeks an ICT Operations Support Engineer for a 1-year fixed-term contract to support NCSS ICT environment. You will handle service requests, IT administration, vendor coordination, user support, and governance to ensure compliant, secure ICT services.

Key tasks include end-to-end lifecycle of service requests, onboarding/offboarding users, and liaising with GovTech and vendors to meet SLAs. Strong familiarity with Singapore Government ICT processes is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, or IS.
• At least 2 years in IT operations, admin, service management, or infra support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.
• Experience working with vendors and MSPs.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes and tools.
• Experience in Singapore Government ICT environment.
• Knowledge of WOG ICT processes, governance, and support models.
• Experience using Government ICT support portals (ITSM, SGMail, EUSS).
• Experience provisioning users, access management, and workplace services.

Responsibilities

• Administer ICT environment and service requests.
• Coordinate with GovTech, MSPs, and vendors to fulfil requests within SLAs.
• Review service submissions and fulfilment evidence.
• Monitor backlog; escalate delivery issues when needed.
• Maintain records and audit trails for operations.
• Support governance, security, and compliance activities.
• Manage asset lists, licenses, and operational reporting.
