Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking an ICT Operations Support resource to oversee the takeover and steady-state management of enterprise ICT platforms, mobile services and related services. You will ensure continuity across stakeholders, drive day-to-day follow-through, and coordinate service improvements with security-conscious operating models.

Responsibilities span portfolio operations, funding, service management, mobile and device operations, governance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in public-sector or large-enterprise ICT environments.
• 8+ years with enterprise service models, shared services or vendor-managed ICT services.
• Understanding of ICT service delivery, operations and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Review IT processes and operating models to support business needs.
• Manage subscriptions, billing, cost recovery, funding and procurement interfaces.
• Maintain operational picture for service requests, quotas and dependencies.
• Coordinate service teams, Finance, Procurement and other stakeholders to drive actions to closure.
• Coordinate day-to-day service management activities including subscriptions, billing and escalation.
• Track staffing, funding, security clearances and transition risk plans.
• Oversee mobile service procurement, device mapping, onboarding and reassignment.
• Maintain device, subscription and user entitlement records and resolve operational issues.
• Explore differentiated operating models for different user populations and assess security controls.
