Job summary

jobster private ltd. seeks an experienced Technical Service Manager to oversee portfolio operations, funding and service management within a public-sector ICT setting in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in public-sector or large-enterprise ICT environments.
• 8+ years experience with GovTech-related service models, WOG shared services or vendor-managed ICT services.
• Working knowledge of MINDEF / SAF ICT operating context is advantageous.
• Understanding of ICT service delivery, operations, service management and vendor management.
• Asset lifecycle management, endpoint provisioning and access-control concepts.

Responsibilities

• Review IT processes and how they support business needs.
• Coordinate GovTech, EUSS, TSMs, Service Reps, Finance and Procurement to drive actions to closure.
• Gather and document assumptions guiding IT improvements and coordinate day-to-day TSM activities.
• Oversee COMET Mobile procurement, mapping, configuration, onboarding, handover and replacement.
• Maintain action trackers, SOPs, RACI matrices and the Operations Handbook.
• Identify gaps and coordinate improvements with service, security and technical owners.
