Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Singapore to join our high-performing team. This hybrid-remote role places you at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy, engaging with corporate prospects across Taiwan to identify opportunities and expand our customer base.

You will conduct high-level discovery calls with C-suite executives, drive the sales process from prospecting to closure, and collaborate with marketing and channel partners to execute our GTM

Qualifications

• A strong desire to create a successful career in technology sales.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly.
• Competitive nature, but also a collaborative team player.
• Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channels.
• Cyber Security/SAAS background will be a bonus.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to cover Taiwan-based customers.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage our prospective customers to identify new opportunities for CrowdStrike over the phone.
• Run a structured Sales process from Prospecting to Closure.
• Discover and drive new business opportunities within Corporate or Enterprise accounts.
• Conduct high level discovery calls with the C-suite and their VPs.
• Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to execute a go-to-market strategy.
• Provide exceptional and high-touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues.
• Become an insider within the Cyber Security Industry and become an expert of CrowdStrike products.
