Job summary

BSI in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join the People team, providing end-to-end HR support across one or more countries within a global matrix.

You will manage onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations, while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and global policies. The role offers hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to influence HR processes regionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR generalist/operational HR experience.
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies and processes.
• Experience in global or matrixed organisations and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR contact for employees and managers across assigned countries.
• Oversee onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration and leave management.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in systems.
