Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking HR talents to support recruitment, internships, onboarding and HR operations in a hybrid, Singapore-based role. The team handles postings on Workday, interview scheduling, background checks, offer letters, and employee lifecycle tasks.

Responsibilities also include onboarding coordination with managers, data entry, leave and movement processing, and HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in HR or related discipline.
• 1 year of relevant HR generalist experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Post and update job listings on Workday and external portals.
• Coordinate interview scheduling for interns.
• Support background checks, security clearance, and reference checks.
• Prepare offer letters and internship agreements.
• Manage onboarding for new hires and interns, including data entry and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding with managers (buddy assignment, work tools setup).
• Process employee and intern movements (transfers, leave, part-time arrangements, exits).
• Handle employment verification and reference checks.
• Manage staff declarations and welfare processes (awards, incentives, gifts, payments).
• Maintain HR trackers and support monthly reporting.
• Process work pass applications/renewals, invoices, and stipend claims.
