BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a capable Digital Operations & Analytics professional in Singapore to manage daily website content uploads, updates, and maintenance, including event listings and metadata.

You will coordinate content update requests, ensure QA checks, and monitor published content for accuracy and freshness, while supporting weekly performance reports and trend analyses with the marketing team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic data analytics skills with the ability to interpret charts and identify trends.
• Proficient in spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) and managing CSV files.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail for QA and data accuracy.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new digital tools and changing requirements.
• Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting content and data inconsistencies.

Responsibilities

• Digital operations management: carry out daily website content uploads, updates and maintenance, including event listings, metadata management and digital record processing.
• Process content update requests from internal teams and external stakeholders efficiently.
• Coordinate event approval workflows, ensuring criteria and standards are met.
• Carry out thorough quality checks on all files and content before publication.
• Monitor published content for accuracy, consistency and up-to-date information.
• Analytics and performance reporting: extract and compile key performance metrics for weekly target reports, delivering accurate data to stakeholders.
• Support trend analysis to identify patterns and insights in performance data.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare reports on campaign performance and funnel analysis.
• Carry out administrative tasks when assigned.
