Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Content Analyst to manage daily website updates and content workflows from Clarke Quay, Singapore. You will coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate publications and timely event listings.

The role requires a degree in digital marketing or related field and at least 3 years of experience, with basic data analytics skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. This is a 3+9 month contract with a monthly salary up to SGD 4,960.

Location: Clarke Quay

Working Hours : Mon - Thurs: 9am - 6.30pm, Fri: 9am - 6pm

Salary: Up to $4,960 per month

Duration : 3 + 9 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily website content uploads, updates and maintenance, including event listings, metadata management and digital record processing.
• Process content update requests from internal teams and external stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate event approval workflows to ensure compliance with established criteria and standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on files and content to ensure accuracy and completeness before publication.
• Monitor published content to ensure information remains accurate, consistent and up to date.
• Extract and compile key performance metrics for weekly performance reports, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery to stakeholders.
• Support trend analysis to identify patterns and insights from performance data.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare campaign performance reports and funnel analysis.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in Digital Marketing or any related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Basic data analytics capabilities with demonstrated ability to interpret charts, extract insights from numerical data, and identify performance trends.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) and CSV file management is a plus.
