Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a capable Digital Operations & Analytics professional in Singapore to manage daily website content uploads, updates, and maintenance, including event listings and metadata.

You will coordinate content update requests, ensure QA checks, and monitor published content for accuracy and freshness, while supporting weekly performance reports and trend analyses with the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Proficient in spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) and managing CSV files.

Responsibilities

• Digital operations management: carry out daily website content uploads, updates and maintenance, including event listings, metadata management and digital record processing.

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:30pm
• Fridays: 9:00am to 6:00pm
• Hybrid work arrangement available

Key Responsibilities

Digital operations management

• Carry out daily website content uploads, updates and maintenance, including event listings, metadata management and digital record processing
• Process content update requests from internal teams and external stakeholders efficiently
• Coordinate event approval workflows, making sure they meet established criteria and standards
• Carry out thorough quality checks on all files and content before publication
• Monitor published content for accuracy, consistency and up-to-date information
