Responsibilities

• Support the planning and creation of content for social media and digital channels.
• Plan and run digital and social media marketing campaigns and track their performance.
• Work with regional and in-country teams to support marketing activities.
• Create infographics and other visual content for digital platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO/SEM activities.
• Monitor and analyse website and digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Review and improve website content, structure and navigation to enhance user experience.
• Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and campaign results.
• Keep updated on digital marketing trends and best practices across different markets.
• Analyse user and channel data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support alumni engagement and online marketing activities.
• Maintain the alumni database and support alumni-related campaigns.
