Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience in website content management, digital operations, data reporting or administrative support would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to handle and consolidate data accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational, coordination and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily website content uploads, updates and maintenance, including event listings, metadata and digital records.
• Process content update requests from internal teams and external stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate event approval workflows and ensure submissions meet established guidelines and requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on content and files to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance before publication.
• Monitor published content to ensure information remains accurate, consistent and up to date.
• Extract and consolidate key performance metrics for weekly reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Support trend analysis by identifying patterns and insights from performance data.
• Work with marketing teams to prepare campaign performance reports and funnel analysis.
• Provide administrative and operational support as required.
