Job summary

Sport Singapore seeks a capable professional to oversee digital platform operations, ensure reliability, and support platform enhancements. You will coordinate project timelines with vendors, analyze performance data, and help manage CMS/CRM aspects to improve user experience.

The role involves governance of digital assets, documentation, and ongoing optimization based on analytics, with a 12-month fixed-term contract and a focus on delivering accessible, high-quality digital services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital platform operations, website management, CRM administration or digital product/project management.
• Experience coordinating digital enhancement projects with vendors.
• Experience analysing website performance and recommending improvements using digital analytics.
• Knowledge of CMS and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Good stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support management and day-to-day operations of digital platforms to ensure reliability and performance.
• Assist in delivering digital projects by coordinating timelines, vendors and budgets.
• Monitor platform performance using analytics and user feedback to identify risks and improvements.
• Maintain documentation standards and SOPs for digital platforms.
