Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable professional to support our digital marketing and content management efforts during a 3+9 month contract in Singapore. You will manage website content, coordinate approvals, and analyze performance data to drive better campaign results.

Ideal candidates have a degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and familiarity with CMS platforms to track online performance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing or related fields.

Contract Period: 3+9 months

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs: 9am-6.30pm, Fri: 9am-6pm

Location: Central Region

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day website content updates, including event information, announcements and other digital materials, ensuring all published content is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate content submissions and approval processes with internal teams and external stakeholders, following up on outstanding requests where necessary.
• Compile and organise website and campaign performance data using Excel or Google Sheets to support regular reporting and performance tracking.
• Review performance figures to identify trends, highlight key findings and support the preparation of reports for marketing campaigns.
• Perform content quality checks and provide administrative and coordination support for digital marketing activities and related projects.

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, website content management, reporting or a related field.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to organise data, prepare reports and interpret basic performance metrics.
• Familiarity with website content management systems, digital campaigns or online performance tracking.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
