Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales and business development activities for Trane HVAC systems and other sustainability solutions. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and sustainability solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in solution sales.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients in various sectors such as commercial, industrial, and residential
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions that meet client specifications
  • Lead the site survey with subcons and vendors on HVAC upgrading projects (chiller plant, airside etc)
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by superiors
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
  • At least 2-4 years’ experience in HVAC industry
  • Good in negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
