Job summary

THE PEOPLE LAB PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales professional in Singapore to acquire B2C and B2B clients in the HVAC/engineering sector. You will conduct site surveys, prepare tailored proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to post-sale handovers.

Responsibilities include building relationships for renewals and maintenance, and pursuing upsell opportunities such as energy-efficient inverter systems and service packages. Chinese-speaking capability is required.

Qualifications

Requires strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
Able to read basic floor plans or technical drawings is advantageous.
Ability to communicate in Chinese due to Chinese-speaking customers/clients.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect and network to acquire new B2C and B2B clients in Singapore.
Conduct site surveys and assess customer requirements and technical needs.
Prepare tailored sales proposals, quotations and tender documents.
Serve as primary contact for existing corporate and residential clients.
Maintain relationships to secure renewals, maintenance agreements and ad-hoc repairs.
Identify upsell opportunities (e.g., energy-efficient inverter systems, service packages).
Follow up on warm inbound leads from marketing and service channels.
Manage sales pipeline from initial contact to closing and handover.
