Job summary

TSTAR Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HVAC Solutions Sales Engineer to identify and convert clients across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors in Singapore.

You will work with the engineering team to tailor HVAC solutions, lead site surveys, and drive the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract closure. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills are required, with 2–4 years of HVAC sales experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Mandatory experience in HVAC solutions sales.
• 2–4 years of HVAC industry experience.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems (chiller plants, airside systems, energy solutions).
• Good negotiation, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential clients across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow market share.
• Collaborate with engineering to propose customized HVAC solutions.
• Lead site surveys with subcontractors and vendors for upgrading projects.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and cost solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Prepare and negotiate sales contracts per company policy.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts and pipeline.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships via consultative selling.
