Job summary

Gree Airconditioning Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior sales professional to lead project sales and build long-term partnerships with owner groups and B2B clients in Singapore.

The role focuses on promoting the Gree brand and driving growth across Asian markets. You will manage relationships with MEP consultants and main consultants, support government procurement initiatives, analyze market trends, and empower the B2B team with promotion strategies to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in project sales, ideally in HVAC or building services.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
• Familiar with industry regulations and standards.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for regional client management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with owner groups and B2B clients in Singapore.
• Establish relationships with MEP and main consultants to understand project needs.
• Support government procurement projects and government systems entry.
• Collect and analyze market data: size, trends, customer needs, and solutions.
• Engage in key project relationship management and follow-up for smooth progress.
• Lead B2B team with promotion strategies for owners, MEPs, and consultants.
• Enhance brand awareness through events and promotions to drive growth.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy.
