Job summary

gain city engineering (m&e) pte ltd is seeking a Project Sales Engineer/Manager to liaise between the project team and clients, guiding planning, testing, commissioning and service activities from inquiry to close. The role emphasizes strong customer interaction and deep HVAC/ACMV knowledge.

The candidate should have a degree in mechanical engineering, excellent communication skills, and preferred construction industry experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge in HVAC/ACMV.
• Prior experience in the construction related field is highly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD and project planning related software are required to prepare for proposal, reports and logs.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with customers and advance the sales funnel from initial contact to sales.
• Establish good contact with developers, architects and MEP consultants.
• Thorough understanding of relevant industry, products, equipment and services provided to client.
