Kruger Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a high-calibre leader to head a project sales team, driving specification-based selling, pipeline governance, and strategic market development across all Kruger markets.

A solid technical or scientific background is required, ideally mechanical engineering, with strong commercial acumen to manage RFQ through delivery and build relationships with M&E consultants, contractors and end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering/science discipline; HVAC sales experience welcomed.
• Minimum 5 years in project/technical sales with background in HVAC/building services or industrial equipment.
• Fluent Mandarin and business English required for client and regional reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performance project sales team in Singapore.
• Drive specification-based selling, pipeline governance, and market development across Kruger markets.
• Own the full project sales funnel from RFQ to award and handover; monitor win-rate and margins.
