Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and support HVAC design for industrial projects (pharmaceutical, semiconductor, data center, food, chemical, and new energy) in Singapore and overseas
  Develop HVAC design deliverables independently from Concept Design (CD) to Detailed Design (DD) stages
• Prepare key documents such as URS, load calculations, airflow diagrams, zoning, pressurization layouts, and HVAC design reports
• Produce or review duct layouts, detailed drawings, shop drawings, and 3D models (Revit / SketchUp)
• Coordinate and manage LDIs, PEs, and QPs during design and project execution
• Support procurement activities including BOQ preparation, value engineering, tender documents, and technical bid evaluations
• Review consultant and subcontractor submissions for compliance with GMP, URS, and applicable codes and standards
• Provide site construction and commissioning support when required
• Support FM / LEED design consultancy activities

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant HVAC design experience with pharmaceutical project experiences
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, CFD, and related engineering tools
• Knowledge of FDA/cGMP, ISO 14644, ASHRAE, and local/international building codes
• Strong understanding of HVAC system and material selection
• Good communication skills, teamwork mindset, and ability to work independently
• Willing to travel overseas for short‑term assignments
