is seeking an HR professional to support location managers and country HR teams, helping implement HR strategies and align with global policies while adhering to local labor regulations. The role covers recruitment end-to-end, manpower planning support, learning and development coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and participation in performance reviews, change management, and organizational development activities, with a focus on effective employee

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Location Managers and Country HR teams in implementing HR strategies.
• Collaborate with Country HR teams to ensure alignment with global HR policies and local labor regulations.
• Support manpower planning reviews and preparation of HR reports.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and background checks.
• Assist in regional employer branding initiatives.
• Support employee engagement surveys and focus group discussions.
• Contribute to change management and organizational development initiatives.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and provide basic counselling support.
• Support annual performance appraisal processes, including salary reviews, promotion exercises, and job levelling activities.
• Coordinate learning and development programs, training sessions, and other development initiatives.
