Job summary

WE-PLUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applications for an HR Intern to assist the APAC HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration in a fast-paced consultancy setting.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact across cultures and departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support - Assist in job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding - Coordinate onboarding activities, prepare documentation, and support exit processes.
  • HR Administration - Handle employee record management, prepare HR letters/contracts, and support payroll/benefits administration.
  • HR Operations - Update HR databases, track attendance/leave records, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Employee Engagement - Support planning of HR events, workshops, and wellness activities.
  • Learning & Development - Assist in tracking training programs and collating feedback.
  • HR Projects - Contribute to ad-hoc HR initiatives such as surveys, policy reviews, and process improvements.

Role Summary

We+ Asia is looking for a HR Intern to support the APAC HR team in delivering people initiatives, recruitment processes, HR administration, and employee engagement activities. This role provides hands‑on exposure to HR operations in a fast‑paced consultancy environment, offering valuable learning opportunities in talent management, compliance, and HR systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support - Assist in job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
