Job summary

IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruit, onboard, and place staff, and handle employee records and payroll processing.

The role requires at least 3 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee matters
• Handle recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and staff placement
• Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
• Handle payroll and ensure timely salary processing
• Manage work pass applications and renewals for foreign workers
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary issues, and grievances
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations
• Support performance appraisal, training, and staff development
• Work closely with management and project/site teams on manpower requirements
• Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures
• Prepare HR reports and support management on HR matters
• Perform other HR duties as assigned
