A reputable nonprofit organization in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to drive organizational culture, talent development, and people operations. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role. You will lead recruitment processes, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support employee development initiatives. Competitive salary starting at S$4500 and bonuses are offered.
Our Team is an Established Non-Profit Organisation. They are seeking for a HR Manager to join their business to drive organisational culture, talent development, and people operations across the organisation.
Support the execution of HR plans and review policies to align with organisational goals.
Partner with department heads and leadership to shape mid-term HR strategies.
Lead end-to-end talent processes: recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with local labour legislation and fair employment practices.
Review recruitment workflows and job descriptions to enhance hiring quality.
Analyse turnover trends and strengthen offboarding practices.
Conduct salary reviews and benchmark against market guidelines.
Develop meaningful reward and recognition programmes.
Build career development frameworks and growth pathways for all staff.
Drive L&D initiatives and manage programmes for high-potential employees.
Support the development of critical competencies across the organisation.
Oversee performance management processes, feedback cycles, appraisals, and calibration.
Support managers in handling performance improvement areas.
Maintain and update disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Plan and drive engagement activities such as town halls, retreats, and sharing sessions.
Promote a safe, compliant, and respectful workplace culture.
Continuously improve HR systems, processes, and policies for greater efficiency.
Lead and guide staff in alignment with organisational values and leadership principles.
Key Requirements:
Min. Degree in Any Field
Min. 5 years of working experience in Human Resource Function
At least 3 years in a Supervisory Function
Other information
Working Location: East
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Basic Salary: S$4500 or Above + Bonuses
