About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on professional taking charge of the full spectrum in HR functions. You will work closely with management and department heads, shaping people policies, strengthening culture, and building scalable HR systems as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle thefull spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and off boarding.
  • Ensure compliance withSingapore employment legislation, MOM regulations, work pass applications, quota and levy matters.
  • Develop, implement, and maintainHR policies, procedures, and SOPsaligned with regulatory and business requirements.
  • Handledisciplinary actions, investigations, and grievance casesprofessionally and in accordance with company policy.
  • PrepareHR reports, manpower statistics, and management updates.
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and coordination across departments.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Supervise and guideHR and administrative staff, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree inHuman Resources.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience including management and leadership.
  • Solid understanding ofGrants, Singapore labour laws, MOM guidelines, and work pass processes.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and people management skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Proficient inMS Office and HRIS systems(Infotech).
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
