Housing & Development Board in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to contribute to the development of HR policies and frameworks, supported by insights from HR analytics. You will maintain and administer the Workday system, generate reports, and ensure data integrity to support HR operations.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements in manpower planning, recruitment and performance management, with a focus on accuracy and proactive problem-solving.

You will be developing and reviewing HDB's human resource policies and frameworks to ensure they remain relevant, effective, and aligned with organisational goals. This includes leveraging HR analytics to surface meaningful insights and observations, identify trends, and drive proactive improvements across HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment and performance management.
You will also play a key role in the maintenance and administration of the HDB Workday system to ensure smooth and effective system operations, which involves troubleshooting and resolving Workday-related issues by working closely with relevant stakeholders. You will also oversee the generation and distribution of reports to support HR operations and management reporting needs, and be responsible for maintaining HR data integrity and accuracy in the Workday system.
You should have strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, and be able to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels. You should also be able to work well both independently and as part of a team and possess strong attention to detail. Candidate with relevant experience in HR analytics or HR systems will have an added advantage.
Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract as a start, with possibility for extension of contract.
