Support in extracting & preparation of HR reports & analytics
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general matters.
Assist with scheduling & coordination
Support general administrative tasks for the People & Culture Business Partner team
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Assist with coordination and administration of a variety of HR programs and activities
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations
Other adhoc HR duties as assigned
Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
1–3 years of working experience in HR administration, operations or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good interpersonal skills and a team player attitude
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
