Job summary

Qualifications

• Develop and review HDB's HR policies and frameworks, supported by HR analytics insights.
• Leverage analytics to surface trends and drive proactive improvements across HR functions such as manpower planning, recruitment and performance management.
• Maintain and administer the Workday system, troubleshoot issues, and work with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
