Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Workday HCM Analyst to support ongoing configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday HCM modules. You will collaborate with client stakeholders to assess requests, design functional changes, and ensure well-tested production delivery.

The role requires hands-on Workday HCM configuration (Core HR at minimum), a strong grasp of HR processes, and experience with reporting, security groups, and calculated fields.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM (Core HR at minimum).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and lifecycle (hire-to-retire).
• Experience with business process configuration, security groups, and calculated fields.

Responsibilities

• Assess incoming business requests against current Workday HCM configuration.
• Translate requirements into functional design specifications and config changes.
• Manage requests through intake, build, testing, and deployment lifecycle.
• Conduct unit testing, SIT, and assist UAT for configuration changes.
• Prepare functional docs, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
• Engage stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage timelines.
• Track and report request status and resolutions.

Job description

We are seeking a Workday HCM Analyst to support the ongoing configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday Human Capital Management modules. The successful candidate will work closely with client stakeholders to assess business requests, configure system changes, and ensure smooth, well-tested delivery into production.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze incoming business requests against current Workday HCM configuration (e.g. Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Absence, or related modules as assigned)
• Translate business requirements into functional design specifications and configuration changes
• Manage requests through the full lifecycle — intake, impact assessment, prioritization, build, testing, and deployment
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for configuration changes
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and test scripts
• Engage with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations on timelines and impact
• Track and report on request status and resolution progress

Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM (Core HR at minimum; additional modules a plus)
• Excellent understanding of HR business processes (hire-to-retire lifecycle, org management, compensation, absence, etc.)
• Experience working with business process configuration, security groups, and calculated fields
• Ability to write clear functional specifications and test scripts
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in large, complex environments is advantageous
• Good to have Workday HCM certification(s)
• Experience with Workday Reporting
• Exposure to governance and prioritization processes in a large program environment
