Job summary

Mitsubishi Corporation RtM International Pte Ltd seeks an HR Intern to support employee engagement, welfare initiatives, onboarding, and learning and development. You will participate in research, event planning, training coordination, and HR projects to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools is a plus.

Job description

Purpose of role

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in employee engagement, welfare initiatives, learning and development, onboarding activities, and HR projects. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the employee lifecycle and offers opportunities to participate in research, event planning, training coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

Job Responsibilities
1. Employee Welfare & Engagement
  • Conduct research on employee welfare, benefits, wellness initiatives, and engagement programmes.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating employee engagement activities, company events, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of surveys, feedback collection, and analysis of employee engagement data.
  • Assist in the administration of employee welfare programmes and communication materials.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor communications, and event arrangements where required.
2. Learning & Development
  • Assist in coordinating training programmes and materials.
  • Support training registrations, attendance tracking, and maintenance of training records.
  • Consolidate post-training feedback and prepare learning reports.
  • Research training providers, learning resources, and development programmes.
3. HR Projects
  • Assist with data gathering, analysis, and presentation preparation for HR initiatives and projects.
  • Provide administrative support for HR digitalisation and transformation projects when required.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives relating to HR processes and employee experience.
4. Other Duties
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
  • Assist with ad hoc HR assignments and projects.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Prior work experience or internship exposure in Human Resources, administration, or a related field will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-powered productivity tools will be an added advantage.
  • Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills with an interest in process improvement and employee experience initiatives.
