Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR Advisor role.
• Strong Singapore-market experience is highly valued; exposure to other markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activity, eg recruitment coordination, onboarding, transfers, offboarding and record-keeping
• Acting as the go-to contact for day-to-day employee and manager queries, escalating complex or sensitive matters appropriately
• Extending HR support, including guidance on policy, recruitment, training and culture to teams in other markets in the region
• Coordinating performance, talent and development cycles, including tracking and follow-up
• Supporting employee relations matters, policy guidance and confidential case documentation
• Collating and validating monthly payroll data across markets, partnering with specialist compensation and payroll teams to resolve discrepancies
• Maintaining HR systems and contributing to ongoing system and process improvements (recently implemented HRIS), including policy updates and process mapping
• Supporting regional HR projects such as onboarding, employee experience and workforce planning initiatives

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established healthcare MNC for an HR Generalist based in Singapore, supporting people operations across multiple markets in the region.

This is a broad, hands‑on generalist role offering genuine end-to-end HR exposure. Singapore will be your home market and primary focus, with the opportunity to extend your reach and influence across other markets in the region as you grow into the role. You'll be the trusted first point of contact for stakeholders locally, while also supporting HR, recruitment, employee training and culture initiatives remotely for teams elsewhere in the region. You'll work closely with regional HR leadership and a broader specialist HR ecosystem (payroll, compensation, talent, systems) to keep things running and continuously improve how HR shows up for the business.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR Advisor role. Strong Singapore-market experience is highly valued, and exposure to other markets is a bonus, not a requirement
• A confident, upbeat and genuine communicator who builds relationships easily across all levels, and who owns mistakes openly and works collaboratively to fix them
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-changing, evolving environment, with sound judgement and high attention to detail
• Collaborative with strong initiative. Someone who's energized by ownership rather than needing close direction
• Confident with HRIS platforms, Office 365 and modern HR tools (including AI-assisted workflows). Experience with Workday will be highly advantageous.
