DN & Associates Executive Search Pte Ltd | HEADHUNTER in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to support people operations across SEA. You will own the full employee lifecycle, serve as the main contact for stakeholders in several markets, and partner with regional HR leadership to drive payroll, compliance, and process improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in HR Generalist/Operations with multi-country exposure, strong communication, and proficiency with HRIS and modern tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR Advisor role, ideally with multi-country exposure.
• Strong service orientation and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident with HRIS platforms, Office 365 and modern HR tools (including AI-assisted workflows). Experience with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activity, such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, transfers, offboarding and record-keeping.
• Acting as the go-to contact for day-to-day employee and manager queries, escalating complex or sensitive matters appropriately.
• Coordinating performance, talent and development cycles, including tracking and follow-up.
• Supporting employee relations matters, policy guidance and confidential case documentation.
• Coordinating monthly payroll inputs and changes across three markets, partnering with payroll specialists to resolve issues.
• Maintaining HR systems, producing regular reporting, and supporting audit/compliance requirements.
• Contributing to regional HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established healthcare business for an HR Generalist to support its people operations across SEA, based in Singapore.

This is a broad, hands-on generalist role for someone who enjoys owning the full employee lifecycle and being the trusted first point of contact for stakeholders across multiple markets. You'll work closely with regional HR leadership and specialist teams (payroll, compensation, talent) to keep things running smoothly and to keep improving how HR shows up for the business.
