Job summary

DN & Associates Executive Search is assisting a healthcare MNC recruiting an HR Generalist based in Singapore to support people operations across multiple markets in the region.

This hands-on role offers end-to-end HR exposure with Singapore as the home market, while giving you opportunities to influence HR across other markets in the region. You will work with regional leadership on HR, recruitment, training and culture initiatives and ensure smooth operations for the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR Advisor role.
• Strong Singapore-market experience is highly valued, with regional exposure a bonus.
• Confident communicator who builds relationships across all levels and works collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activity including recruitment coordination, onboarding, transfers, offboarding and record-keeping.
• Be the go-to contact for day-to-day employee and manager queries and escalate complex matters.
• Extend HR support to teams in other markets in the region on policy, recruitment, training and culture.
• Coordinate performance, talent and development cycles with tracking and follow-up.
• Support employee relations, policy guidance and confidential case documentation.
• Collate payroll data across markets and collaborate with payroll teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain HR systems and contribute to HRIS updates, policy changes and process mapping.
• Support regional HR projects such as onboarding, employee experience and workforce planning.
