As part of its continued expansion in Asia, the company is establishing a new game development centre in Singapore. The Singapore team will bring together diverse creative and technical talent to develop new gaming experiences for a global audience.
The organisation has a strong culture centred around creativity, collaboration, innovation and people, and is looking for an HR professional to support the growth of its Singapore operations.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager / HR Generalist with Talent Acquisition experience to support the growing Singapore operation.
This is a broad HR role covering Talent Acquisition, HR operations and generalist HR responsibilities. You will work closely with business leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle, while also helping to establish and improve HR processes, policies and people initiatives for the Singapore office.
The role is also open to a junior HR professional with a relevant HR degree who has a good foundation in HR and is looking to develop broader experience across Talent Acquisition and HR generalist functions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Singapore office, from understanding hiring requirements through sourcing, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals and other channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Provide talent market insights and recruitment updates to hiring managers.
HR Generalist & Employee Lifecycle
- Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee records, confirmation, leave, attendance and offboarding.
- Provide HR support to employees and managers on policies, processes and general employee matters.
- Assist with employment contracts, HR policies and employee documentation.
- Support probation and performance management processes.
- Assist with compensation and benefits administration and HR reporting.
- Liaise with external HR service providers, payroll vendors and other HR partners where required.
- Ensure HR practices and documentation are aligned with applicable Singapore employment requirements.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support initiatives that build a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, internal communications and people initiatives.
- Help create a positive employee experience throughout the employee journey.
- Support managers in developing effective people-management practices.
HR Projects & Process Improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, processes and systems as the organisation grows.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Support HR projects covering onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement and HR reporting.
- Keep abreast of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Explore the use of AI and digital HR tools to improve recruitment, HR administration, employee communication and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Candidates with a relevant HR degree and limited working experience are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment or HR administration is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Good understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and online recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Resourceful, proactive and willing to take a hands-on approach.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment practices and regulations is preferred.
- Interest in using technology, AI and digital tools to improve HR and recruitment processes is an advantage.

Ideal Profile
We are looking for someone who is people-oriented, hands-on and eager to learn.
The successful candidate may be an experienced HR generalist with strong Talent Acquisition exposure, or a junior HR professional with a relevant HR degree who is looking to build a broader HR career.
You should be comfortable working independently, engaging with employees and stakeholders, and taking ownership of day-to-day HR matters. As the Singapore operation grows, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility and contribute to building the HR function.
