Beacon Consulting PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR professional to help keep the heartbeat of the organisation. You will identify top talent from the pool of applications, and implement practical ideas to boost retention across teams.

You will drive onboarding and talent development, contribute to performance management, and lead employee engagement initiatives and CSR programmes to build a resilient, motivated workforce.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment and Talent Retention: identify talent from the sea of applications and implement ideas to retain star performers.
• Onboarding and Talent Development: assimilate new joiners and transform raw talents into shining stars.
• Performance Management: play a key role in the performance management process.
• Employee Engagement: run programmes/initiatives to ensure employees stay engaged and motivated, and ultimately stay with the organisation.
• Corporate Social Responsibility: contribute to environmental, people and commercial initiatives.
