Job summary

ASPIAL LIFESTYLE JEWELLERY GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, CSR and HR communications. You will create engaging HR content and help coordinate employer branding initiatives across platforms and events.

The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, engagement activities, and feedback-driven improvements to the employee experience, including surveys and quarterly newsletters.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR resourcing and employee engagement experience preferred; fresh grads with internship welcome.

Job description

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team and support a broad portfolio covering recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, employer branding, CSR and HR communications. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating activities and creating engaging HR communications.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and selection.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify suitable candidates.
• Manage recruitment channels, including job portals, agencies, social media and career fairs.
• Track recruitment progress and key hiring metrics.
• Coordinate onboarding and conduct orientation to create a positive new hire experience.
• Manage the first six months of the employee journey, including administering onboarding surveys and analysing feedback.
• Partner with the manager to plan and organise employee engagement and CSR activities, including community outreach and volunteering initiatives.
• Develop creative and engaging content for employee engagement, CSR, employer branding and HR communications.
• Support employer branding initiatives across recruitment platforms, social media and career events.
• Manage the planning, content development and publication of quarterly and annual HR newsletters.

About you

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR resourcing and employee engagement. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
