Job summary

ASPIAL LIFESTYLE JEWELLERY GROUP is seeking an HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, employer branding, CSR and HR communications. This role suits someone who enjoys coordinating activities and creating engaging HR content.

You will partner with managers to address hiring needs, coordinate onboarding, and deliver engaging HR communications and newsletters to strengthen our employer brand.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 1–2 years HR resourcing and employee engagement experience; fresh graduates with internships welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination and selection.
• Coordinate onboarding and conduct orientation to create a positive new hire experience.
• Plan and organise employee engagement and CSR activities with management.
• Develop content for HR communications, employer branding and HR channels.

Job description

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team and support a broad portfolio covering recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, employer branding, CSR and HR communications. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating activities and creating engaging HR communications.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and selection.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify suitable candidates.
• Manage recruitment channels, including job portals, agencies, social media and career fairs.
• Track recruitment progress and key hiring metrics.
• Coordinate onboarding and conduct orientation to create a positive new hire experience.
• Manage the first six months of the employee journey, including administering onboarding surveys and analysing feedback.
• Partner with the manager to plan and organise employee engagement and CSR activities, including community outreach and volunteering initiatives.
• Develop creative and engaging content for employee engagement, CSR, employer branding and HR communications.
• Support employer branding initiatives across recruitment platforms, social media and career events.
• Manage the planning, content development and publication of quarterly and annual HR newsletters.

About you

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR resourcing and employee engagement. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
