Job summary

COMBUILDER PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Executive to oversee the full employee lifecycle. You will manage onboarding, offboarding, records, benefits, leave and HR documentation, while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws.

You will act as a trusted adviser on people-related matters, support investigations into grievances, coordinate staff engagement activities and participate in ad-hoc HR projects, working with a professional and confidential approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business.
• Minimum 3 years of HR Operations experience.
• Good working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional handling of confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, workplace concerns and grievances.
• Support management in investigating and resolving employee grievances, misconduct and disciplinary cases.
• Coordinate staff engagement activities and HR-related events.
• Support ad-hoc HR assignments and projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR Operations experience.
• Good working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR statutory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters professionally.
• Disciplined, adaptable, resourceful and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous, well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
