Job summary

National Healthcare Group Corporate Office is seeking an HRIS-focused professional to act as the first point of contact for HR users, triaging enquiries between HR Shared Services and HRIS, and providing administrative support to the Group HRIS team.

You will coordinate meetings, document actions, and help maintain SOPs and user guides for the HRIS module to ensure consistent institution-wide use.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Fast learner, comfortable picking up new systems (SuccessFactors) with guidance.
• Good communication to liaise between HRSS and HRIS stakeholders.
• Prior HR or shared services experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle 1st-level triage of HR user enquiries and route to appropriate teams.
• Provide administrative support and coordi­nate meetings, minutes, and rooms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement with SOPs, guides, and updates.
