Job summary

NHG Health is seeking an HRIS-focused professional to join Group HRIS. You will serve as the first point of contact for HR users, triaging enquiries between HR Shared Services and HRIS, and provide administrative support to the Group HRIS team.

In addition to strong organizational skills, you will help maintain SOPs, user guides and configuration documentation, while coordinating meetings and supporting ongoing HRIS initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Fast learner, comfortable picking up new systems (SuccessFactors) with guidance.
• Good communication skills to liaise between HRSS and HRIS stakeholders.
• Prior HR or shared services experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• 1st-Level Issue Triage (HRSS HRIS): Receive and log HR user enquiries; determine whether the issue belongs to process/data/system/config.
• Route issues to the right team member and follow up until resolved.
• Provide basic guidance to HR users on common system-related topics.
