Job summary

Singapore University of Social Sciences in Singapore is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, movements, confirmations, renewals, transfers, promotions, work pass administration, leaves, and exits.

You will be the first point of contact for HR inquiries, promote self-service, and coordinate with Payroll, IT, and HR Business Partners to ensure timely, accurate services and data integrity in HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR transactions across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, movements, confirmation, contract renewals, transfers, promotions, work pass admin, leave admin, exits.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR enquiries and service requests, promoting self-service and handling complex cases with ownership of follow-up.
