Job summary

Argyll Scott Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Harmonisation Lead for a 12 months contract in Singapore.

The role focuses on reviewing, aligning and implementing HR policies to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance during transformation. You will work with HR teams and stakeholders to define policy changes, develop documentation, and manage implementation timelines while maintaining governance and employee communications.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in HR policy, HR operations, or HR transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
• Experience in policy review and organisational transformation.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Harmonisation Lead to review, align and implement HR policies and practices as part of a broader organisational transformation. The role will focus on ensuring consistency, regulatory compliance and a smoothtransition to harmonised policies and processes.

• Track progress, manage issues and provide regular updates to management.

Job Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR policy, HR operations, employee relations or HR transformation.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment practices and Singapore employment regulations.

• Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred
