Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable HRIS Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance and support of enterprise HRIS systems across the organisation.

You will collaborate with HR, IT and external vendors to translate business needs into effective HR technology solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating system enhancements, UAT, deployments and post-implementation support, maintaining data accuracy and security, and delivering reports and analytics to guide management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Experience in HRIS management, HR technology, HR systems implementation or HR digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise HR systems, including system administration, configuration, enhancements and production support.
• Experience in UAT, system implementation, troubleshooting and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations, maintenance and support of enterprise HRIS.
• Work closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors to gather requirements and translate into HR technology solutions.
• Coordinate HR system enhancements, configurations, system integration, UAT, deployment and post-implementation support.
• Maintain HR data accuracy, integrity and security through data governance, validation controls and role-based access management.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards and analytics to support management reporting and business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve system efficiency and enhance employee self-service capabilities.
• Manage HR technology projects, including system upgrades, process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee system documentation, change management, audit requirements and compliance with internal policies.
• Provide system support, user guidance and training to HR teams and other stakeholders.
• Liaise with external system vendors to manage service requests, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely delivery of system enhancements.

• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise HR systems, including system administration, configuration, enhancements and production support.
• Experience in UAT, system implementation, troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
