Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a specialist to manage day-to-day operation and support of core HR systems, interfaces, and scheduled processes within a 1-year contract.

The role requires translating HR requirements into system solutions, configuring processes, testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews. You will maintain data standards, access controls and audit documentation while developing reliable HR reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience managing or supporting enterprise HR systems, system enhancements, production operations or HR technology projects.
• Good understanding of HR processes, system integrations, data governance, access controls, testing and change management.

• Manage day-to-day operation and support of core HR systems, interfaces, scheduled processes and user services, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Translate HR business requirements into system solutions and coordinate configuration, testing, deployment, change control and post-implementation review.
• Maintain data standards, validation controls, role-based access and audit documentation to protect the integrity and confidentiality of HR information.
• Develop and maintain reliable HR reports and dashboards and support data analysis for operational and management needs.
• Lead process and system improvements that strengthen efficiency, controls, self-service and user experience.
• Manage stakeholders and vendors, communicate priorities and releases, maintain user guidance, and support HR technology projects and governance activities.
