Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or Information Technology is preferred.
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems and HR-related software.
• Proven experience as a HRIS administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with numbers.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with user access management and security within HRMS.
• Maintain and administer employee data in the HRMS.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in HR systems.
• Develop monthly HR reports and dashboards.
• Support system enhancements and documentation.
