Job summary

Enggsol Pte Ltd is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to accelerate AI adoption across HR functions and build a Human + AI operating model. You will co-lead the HR AI Champions Network, partner with HR leaders to identify high-value AI use cases, and drive measurable improvements in productivity and employee experience.

You will champion responsible AI governance, enable continuous learning, and embed AI into the future HR operating model across large, complex organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, technology or related discipline.
• 15–20 years of experience in HR technology, digital HR transformation or change management.
• Proven track record leading AI, digital or technology adoption initiatives.
• Familiar with HR modules like SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience implementing HR technology, digital solutions and driving change at scale.
• Experience with AI, automation and digital tools across platforms such as Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead HR AI Champions Network and partner with HR leaders to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Drive deployment and scaling of AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and employee experience.
• Promote responsible AI governance and data privacy across HR initiatives.
• Build AI capability across the HR community through workshops and learning programs.
• Measure productivity gains, AI adoption, and value realization for HR.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk & Compliance and IT for governance and risk management.
