- Develop and execute enterprise infrastructure and cloud strategy.
- Standardise frameworks, governance, policies and operating models.
- Build future-state operating model for scalability, resilience and security.
- Drive cloud transformation, platform modernisation and optimisation.
- Champion AI, automation and intelligent operations to improve delivery.
- Engage executive stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
- Lead change management and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Create multi-year roadmaps and investment plans for infrastructure programs.
