Job summary

Kerry Consulting seeks a Vice President, AI & Enterprise Transformation to steer a group-wide transformation program and accelerate AI, automation, analytics, and digital tech adoption across the enterprise. Working with the CEO and ELT, you will shape the roadmap, identify value opportunities, and lead initiatives from strategy to value delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise transformation or AI programs.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams.
• Industry 4.0 and advanced manufacturing exposure advantageous.
• Strong business outcomes focus and execution discipline.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the enterprise AI and transformation strategy and roadmap across the organisation.
• Identify high-value opportunities and drive initiatives from strategy and use-case identification through to implementation, adoption and value realisation.
• Lead transformation initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and corporate functions to deliver measurable business impact.
• Build and lead a lean Enterprise AI Transformation function, partnering with Technology, Engineering, Product and business teams.
• Establish governance, portfolio management, change management and benefit-tracking to translate investments into outcomes.
• Advance AI and transformation initiatives from experimentation to production and broad business adoption.
